Job Description

As the Customer Experience Intern, you'll be at the forefront of turning ideas into action and driving results. The overall objective of this role is for the intern to serve as an intermediary between the Tulane student body and Tulane Hospitality, while assisting with various objectives and working closely with Aramark’s Customer Experience Manager. 

Job Responsibilities Assist with the Student Dining Advisory CouncilSampling at the various dining locations on campusSetting up information tables located throughout campusCreating and executing various dining eventsSurveying studentsAnalyzing survey dataGeneral office workAssisting the Customer Experience Manager with daily tasksAssist with various projects, activities or tasks related to customer experienceQualifications Current Tulane student, sophomore classification or higherEffective communication and presentation skills; both verbally and in written formAbility to communication in an appropriate manner in varying situationsAbility to work 10-20 hours per week.Support customer experience strategies and perform duties accordingly Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaborativelyAbility to comply with University policiesMaintain regular and punctual attendance About Aramark
