With guidance from a professional engineer and our global practice network, your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

 

Developing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designsAttending site inspections, investigations, and monitoringActively participating in project, client and team meetingsReviewing, preparing, and modifying designsAnalyzing reports, specifications, and studiesGaining exposure to project, commercial, and client managementUndertaking a ‘digital by default’ approach in deliverablesActively participating in our Early Careers Professionals NetworkSupporting our ‘Purpose’ in everything you do

To be considered for this 2025 position, you’ll need:

 

Work towards a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field, from an accredited universityMethodical approach to problem solving to undertake tasks efficiently and independentlyExcellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team membersExcellent technical written communication and attention to detail, with an ability to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writingExcellent teamwork skills, collaborates effectively with colleaguesWork towards Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designationDemonstrable interest in engineering projects through relevant experience, such as your field of study, internships, volunteering, or relevant association memberships is considered as an asset
