This role is ideal for someone passionate about student engagement, event planning, and fostering a positive campus experience. The intern will support the Student Life team in organizing activities, promoting student well-being, and enhancing the overall student experience at our college. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in planning and executing campus events, including social, cultural, and wellness activities. + Support student clubs and organizations in coordinating their activities, meetings, and events. + Help manage student life communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and event promotion. + Collaborate with other departments to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. + Provide administrative support, such as maintaining event calendars, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics for events. + Gather feedback from students to improve future programming and enhance student engagement. + Assist with the development of wellness programs that promote mental and physical health. Qualifications and Skills: + Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Social Sciences, Communication, or a related field. + Interest in student life, event planning, or higher education administration. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Creative mindset with a passion for improving student experiences. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
