In this role, you will work closely with Dr. Sara Police to contribute to the design and creation of nutritional education content. This unique opportunity is ideal for students with a strong interest in nutrition, medical education, culinary medicine, or related fields. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Dr. Sara Police to design and create educational content related to nutrition. Write educational texts, lecture materials, and video scripts for online learning platforms. Develop and record video lectures or contribute to their creation. Conduct interviews with physicians or clinical nutrition scientists to incorporate expert perspectives into content. Generate review and test questions based on novel content and credible biomedical, clinical, and culinary resources. Ensure that all created content aligns with current nutritional science and educational best practices. Participate in occasional in-person meetings to discuss progress and refine content. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Must be a medical student at the University of Kentucky in good academic standing. Strong interest in nutrition, medical education, and/or culinary medicine. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Previous experience in content creation or medical education is a plus but not required.
