We are thrilled to announce the development of our Student Observation Program, a structured program designed to offer students a chance to observe and learn about various healthcare roles. This program provides a unique opportunity to shadow healthcare professionals, explore career paths, and deepen your understanding of healthcare practices. Job Description: Program Details + Program Type: Non-clinical observation (This is not an internship program.) + Eligibility: High school and college students with an interest in healthcare careers + Program Duration: The total time of observation will not exceed 24 hours + Availability: Applications will be reviewed to match candidates with available department programs + Schedule: Flexible hours based on department availability This program focuses on observation and learning and is designed to support your interest in pursuing a career in healthcare. It is not an internship or employment program but an opportunity to gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of healthcare professionals.
