In this position you will report to Program Manager, and you will support all Program activitiesregarding defined projects and daily business as well general administration of customer related information and the administration of the Back office. Focus will be in detail:
Coordinate program related queries, involve and coordinate the related internal departments Day-to-day communication within the project manager team and the Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality/Finance Teams Support the costing team and understand program financial summary Maintenance and follow-up of program issues list, timing plan and reporting Updating program/ project documentation, weekly and monthly reportingRequirements
Currently enrolled as a student of Bachelor or Master studies within Automotive- or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration aswell as other fields Strong skills of MS applications (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point) Fluent English language skills, other language like German and Chinese is an advantage We expect high level of initiative, strong communication skills, team spirit, can-do-attitude
