Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Services Design & Tools team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both software testing and development, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will collaborate closely with senior resources on an innovation project focused on improving our testing system for our internal applications. Additionally, this internship provides opportunities to explore mobile application development or enhancements to our service portal.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software tools that enhance our automated testing capabilities.
Collaborate closely with developers and test leads to streamline testing workflow and elevate software quality.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation
Participate in the design and development of mobile applications.
Work on the enhancement of the ServiceNow portal to improve user experience and functionality.
Assist developers with tasks such as code review and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Learn and apply software testing and development best practices.

Basic Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development and testing principles, including familiarity with programming and scripting languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, showing initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks like Selenium is a plus.
