Job Description
Company is seeking a motivated training analyst intern who is ready to apply knowledge of training practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
Responsible for providing technical support for Training delivery, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performanceProvide lab support for Training deliveries working with the Technical Instructors.Assist with asset management, including shipping, ordering and associated logistics.When required, assist with the day-to-day support of Training Centre activities#LI-MM8
Basic RequirementsCandidate from Computer Science/IT/ Telecommunication or any relevant field.Proficiency in troubleshooting various server/desktop hardware and software
issues (Knowledge on Hypervisor and Virtual Machines are good additions)Experience with LAN/WAN troubleshooting.Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace apps.Excellent written and oral communication skills (fluent in English).Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills
