What will you be doing?
At EF, ensuring an exceptional student experience is at the heart of what we do. In this role, you’ll be a central figure in supporting students throughout their time on campus, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care. You’ll also play a key role in visa compliance, evaluations, and organising weekly intakes to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all.
As a mentor in the Mentor Programme, you’ll guide and inspire students, while providing outstanding service to staff, students, and international colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant campus environment while developing your leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Be the face of the school to students, staff and visitorsDeals with students’ enquiries, problems, and complaints with regards their overall experience on campusKeep accurate records of conversations, logging on information on CRM where appropriateManaging reception including answering phones and external enquiriesWelfare provision and safeguardingPromotes weekly eventsAssist with evaluations 1, 2, and 3 and hold 1:1 meeting with students when appropriateManages and acts as a mentor as part of the mentor programmeManage student visas and assist them when necessaryDelivers excellent customer service to students, staff and colleagues from sales officesOrganise weekly intakesOversee welfare phone during office hours and emergency phone duty (on rota) during out of office hoursAttends student council meetings and follows up with customer support suggestions
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills, communication & people skillsExperience and/or training in student welfare and customer experienceHands on approach to work with willingness to take on and accomplish any task in a timely mannerSociable, outgoing & confident personalityHighly motivated, energetic, positive with mature, common-sense approachStrong administrative skills with a high attention to detailEnjoy working in a demanding, varied environmentA team player who can bring energy and positivity across all teamsCreative & energetic with lots of common sense as keySales focused and target drivenAbility to handle difficult situations with ease, remaining calm & positive under pressureClear DBS check and two referencesRight to work in the UK at commencement of employment
