Your Role
EF Brighton International Language Campus is seeking empathetic, energetic, and highly organized individuals to join our team as Student Services Coordinators. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both students and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment while fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all.
As a key link between all departments, the Student Services team plays a central role in campus operations, ensuring every day presents new and exciting challenges. Responsibilities include coordinating student arrivals, providing activity updates, delivering staff briefings, organizing events, and addressing student welfare and discipline matters as needed. This dynamic position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the student experience.
This role is on a full time (6 days per week), fixed term basis running throughout July & August 2025, with permanent job opportunities available at the end of summer.
Responsibilities
To provide outstanding customer service To maintain excellent relationships with sales colleagues, giving prompt, consistent serviceTo support students in their daily life and enable them to achieve the best experience and highest learning possibleProvides support with processing incoming bookings, modifications, cancellations in line with EF’s Golden RulesParticipates in student intakes, including preparing welcome bags and producing student identification badgesDeals with general daily student enquiries Provides support to the Student Services team regarding student attendance; monitoring and recording daily registers, following up with non-attending studentsAssist with student satisfaction follow ups as and when requiredChecks and accepts delivery of school suppliesIssues new staff with name badges and helps maintains school noticeboardsEnsures reception area is kept clean, tidy & professional looking at all times
Requirements
Highly motivated, energetic, positiveExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication & people skillsConfident with ITComfortable around teens and young adultsEnjoys working in a busy & varied service environment Highly organised with attention to detailAbility to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressureFlexible attitude to work and creative problem solverAll offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two referencesLegally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment
