We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to support our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for students who are passionate about people, processes, and learning in a global company.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program with at least one year left before graduation
Advanced English (conversational level B2, C1, or C2)
Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Support sourcing efforts to identify and engage candidates
Assist with screening and candidate communication
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment
Maintain and update recruitment data and reports
Coordinate background checks and medical exams
Manage candidate files in line with internal standards
