Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Evaluating the performance of teacher candidates in the classroom setting of local and surrounding areas. + Completing a minimum of four, formal classroom evaluations. + Developing model lessons as needed. + Participating in and/or conducting seminars. + Attending department or College meetings required by the Department, Chair or Dean. + Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements + Education – Master’s degree + Experience – Five years of experience in classroom teaching and/or administrative. + Current certification in the class in which supervision is provided. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Critical analytical skills in order to provide constructive feedback and assess the candidates’ performance in the field. + Strong interpersonal skills. + Ability to conduct face-to-face, online, and verbal presentations. + Ability to communicate technical information and instructions to a diverse audience. + Excellent customer service skills. + Ability to work independently once given a project.
