Job Title Student Term I Position Overview Responsibilities: + Recognize and understand carpet defects. + Inspect the front and back of carpet while looking for defects. + Pack tiles into boxes and palletize them. + Sort Tiles into proper Shop Order + Perform various types of audits, including but not limited to, box and quality audits. + Maintain a neat and orderly work space. + Gain and maintain all necessary skills to perform jobs as assigned. + Safely complete other assigned duties as needed. + High level of A.T.D. required. Requirements: + This position will require standing, heavy and/or repeated lifting, bending, or stooping for long periods of time. + Pass color blindness test. + Withstand changes in temperature and humidity. + Expected to be able to lift up to 50 pounds + Comply with all required OSHA, SAFE, and plant specific safety rules and regulations.
