Job Description Summary: Responsible for proper table set-up, table service for guests, and knowledge of the menu to be served. This person will apply all safe food handling principles as they pertain to this position.

Responsibilities Include: Set-up of banquet room for service. Taking customers’ orders and filling the order in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain clean and neat work and service area including removal of dishes and breakdown of banquet room after service. Perform set-up and service for special functions. Requirements: Ability to provide excellent customer service is essential. Previous wait staff/catering employment preferred.
