The Department of Medical Informatics & Clinical Epidemiology (DMICE) is one of 27 academic departments in the School of Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). DMICE provides research, education, and service in the areas of clinical informatics, clinical epidemiology, and bioinformatics/computational biomedicine. DMICE programs are recognized internationally for their accomplishment and innovation.

Function/Duties of Position Assist with the preparation of evidence synthesis products (e.g., rapid reviews, adapted topic briefs) for clinical decisionmakers.Research and analyze the context of the question(s) that clients are asking and assist with converting questions into structured, answerable research questions.Assist with identification of relevant research studies, additional grey literature, clinical practice guidelines, and policy documents.Critically evaluate the risk of bias and applicability of included research studies and clinical practice guidelines with support from investigators.Create and manage references in a citation management software program (e.g., EndNote). Required Qualifications Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours) Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing evidence synthesis products (e.g., systematic reviews, rapid reviews)

Knowledge of systematic review software and tools
