Greet students, faculty and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Answer questions about basic services offered such as academic accommodations, mental health counseling and testing.
Manage reservation and appointment system.
Assist staff with projects.
Able to work 3-4 hour shifts during business hours of office operations (M-F 8am – 5 pm).
Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Federal Work Study eligible
Must be at least half-time student
Must have excellent written and verbal communications, organizational, and public relations skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Must be dependable, self-motived and able to assist the office. Ability to plan ahead, adhere to confidentiality requirements and be on time.
Computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary software. Preferred Experience and Training Previous clerical or customer service experience and knowledge
Experience working with students with disabilities Required Degree, License or Certifications Physical Requirements Light lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
