You will play a key role in supporting our sustainability initiatives and internal communication efforts._ **Core Responsibilities** As a student worker, your tasks will include: + **Updating and aligning waste guidelines and signage** : Ensuring waste management guidelines and signs are up-to-date and consistent across all locations. + **Rolling out new signage on-site** : Planning and coordinating the implementation of updated waste signage. + **Facilitating workshops and presentations** : Organizing and leading workshops to promote understanding of waste management and sustainability across the BLL site. + **Creating informational content about waste and sustainability** : Developing visual and informative content to display on screens and share internally. + **Organizing and facilitating sustainability events** : Planning internal sustainability events and representing WS&O BLL at external events. + **Supporting global sustainability communication** : Contributing to the promotion of WS&O BLL’s sustainability initiatives globally through content creation and communication support. **Do you have what it takes?** It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.Further, we imagine that you: + Are currently pursuing a relevant degree in communication, environment, sustainability, or a related field. + Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (and preferably Danish). + Are creative and experienced in developing visual content (e.g., using PowerPoint, Publisher SharePoint, Adobe programs, or similar tools). + Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. + Are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a greener future. **What We Offer** + An exciting and educational student job in an international company with a strong focus on sustainability. + Opportunities to gain practical experience in communication and project management. + A flexible work environment that accommodates your studies. + A supportive workplace with dedicated colleagues and a clear sustainability agenda. + Working hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
