Your role:

Support product design development, including construction of optomechanical and illuminated elementsLight simulationsRadiometric and photometric measurements at modern optical laboratoryEvaluate vision system performanceSupport at validation tests as well as production processDesign of light source focusing elements for camera systemsReview customer requirements

Your Background:

Student of Physics, Optics, Photonics, Mechanics or similarAvailability to work onsite 20h/weekly - max 4 hours dailyFamiliarity with optics, radiometry, photometryBasic knowledge of the aberrations of optical systemsGood verbal and written communication skills (English)

Preferred:

Experience in design of optical components and/or systemsExperience with ray trace analysis software : (LightTools, Zemax, Imatest)Experience with CAD software
