Your role:

You will be our super user and point of contact for HR and administrative IT systems and applications, including Support our HR key user in time management activities.Support managers and individual contributorsSupport HR Business Partner, but also CEO, Finance Manager and MarCom manager on general HR and administrational tasks.Change ManagementInternal Communication


Your expertise:

You have started on an education (Bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Human Resource Management (HRM), Personnel Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or equal, and want to work part-time (20-40%) alongside your studies.You have a proven record of training and internal communication activities.Experience with or interest in payroll administration and/or SAP would be beneficial.Experienced user of IT systems and applications

You are independent, willing to learn and take initiative.You are accurate and structured.You are service minded, with good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.You are fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.You are an advanced user of IT systems and applications.In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, and believe you are qualified for the position, your application is appreciated just as well.

About the jobThe position is part-time and will be hourly paid. We will require your presence in our offices at Linderud, Oslo 1-2 days per week. We provide flexibility to also work from home in combination with this.
