Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Product Support Student Worker

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Product Support Student Worker at Danfoss Electronic Controller & Service business unit where you will become part of our Global Product Support team in Danfoss Climate Solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities

As our new Product Support and Management Student Worker, the average workload is expected to be 20 hours per week, with flexibility in exam periods. We hope you can stay with us for at least 1 year or more, and work in person at the office located in Norborg, DK, for 3 days a week.

 

Your tasks will include the following:

 

Elaboration of Technical materials. Contribute to the process of organizing technical training (promotion, registering, training material, technical info, etc). Tracking tasks & activities related to training. Administration of tasks involving our online share point (maintenance, upload/ update of files, promotion of FAQ´s, etc) Creation and edition of videos for Frequently Asked Questions for our external webpage. Technical assistance of electronic controllers for colleagues worldwide. Coordinate activities with other Web & App Teams where we want to integrate our App into a Danfoss multi-Tool/App. Coordinate activities in internal and external share points, by means of Power Apps. Background & Skills

We are looking for someone who: 

 

You are fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing). You know Microsoft Office Tools. You are familiar with Power Automate. You can work independently, are self-driven and take responsibility for completing tasks within set deadlines. You are service-minded, helpful, and able to take on new tasks. You have a visionary, holistic view and can come with solutions, suggestions and input on your own. Programming skills are a plus and experience with Microsoft Power Apps or Power BI data tools would be a great advantage.

 

Preferably you are in the process of completing a bachelor or have just embarked on your master´s degree within Innovation Engineering and Business or similar. At a personal level, you have solid analytical abilities, good communication skills and a positive and persistent mindset. You have team spirit and can build relations and cooperate across borders and cultures
