Student Worker - R&D Excellence Requisition ID: 41916 Job Location(s): Kolding, DK **Job Description** Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a highly motivated student worker to support New Product Development in **Air-Conditioning & Commercial Refrigeration (ACR)** as part of R&D Excellence function. You will contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives, and performance tracking visualization for our global R&D organization (200+ people). This role offers invaluable practical experience and exposure to a global R&D environment. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. + Contribute to the creation and maintenance of performance tracking systems and data visualization tools. + Assist in the analysis of R&D performance data. + Support various administrative tasks related to R&D projects. **Background & Skills** Preferably you are in the process of completing a bachelor or have just embarked on your master’s degree within either engineering, business administration, data science, IT or another similar area with top tier results within the required fields. Furthermore, you have: + Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Preferably proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint incl. Power BI. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. To succeed in this role, you have a strong technical interest with an innovative mindset. Furthermore, you are a quick learner and have good English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
