We are looking for a student worker within software development to join our R&D Electronics team at Danfoss Controls and Thermal Management located in Nordborg You will be working with software development, testing, validation, and documentation in our portfolio of electronic controllers, system solutions and control algorithms. You will become part of an agile development team consisting of 11 professionals, who are used to working with students. We are part of a bigger cross-functional new product development and continues integration team dedicated to innovation and the future of growth of Danfoss. **Job Responsibilities** You will be working with: + Developing embedded software solutions and application code, which includes development of test specifications, test verification & validation, developing software module and hardware drivers. + Control engineers and hardware engineers to implement algorithms into embedded systems. + Agile development methods, like SCRUM and DevOps, ensure quality, support continuous development, and develop/maintain software design documentation. **Background & Skills** Preferably you are in the process of completing a bachelor or have just embarked on your master´s degree within Software Engineering or similar. Furthermore, you have/are: + Experience within embedded software development, coding with in C/C++ and Phyton script. + A credible, reliable student with strong communication and analytical skills. + Curious in gaining knowledge and learning new things. + Strong in English language – both written and spoken. + Interest for connected products, model-based design and Mathlab simulink.
