Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Student Worker to support our communications team with video content creation and editing 10-15 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global company while helping us create engaging video content showcasing our people, innovations, and impact. 

 

The position is based in our Headquarter in Nordborg, Denmark, with the flexibility to work remotely most of the time—especially when editing content. However, you are required to be in Nordborg occasionally as needed for on-site content creating. 

Job Responsibilities

As our new Student Worker, you will be working with a variety of tasks within your field and in close collaboration with the communication advisors in our team. More specifically, your tasks will include: 

Create, edit, and optimize professional video content for internal and external communication channels (social media, website, events, etc.).  Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including storyboards, scripting, filming, and post-production.  Work closely with different teams to transform complex ideas into visually engaging stories.  Ensure brand consistency and high-quality production across all visual content in accordance with the Danfoss CVI.  Stay up to date with the latest trends in video storytelling and digital content creation.  Background & Skills

You are currently enrolled in a relevant program such as multimedia design, journalism, film production, or a similar field, with experience in video production and editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro. 

 

On a personal level, you enjoy being part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you maintain an ongoing overview of your tasks, even when requirements sometimes change along the way. You have a digital mindset, a creative approach to content creation, and your passion for creating and editing videos shines through in your work. As collaboration with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds is essential, strong teamwork and communication skills are key.
