The Apple Human Interface Design team conceptualizes, designs, and crafts the user experience for Apple products and services. The Apple Design Team is seeking a highly organized admin to manage the daily operations in the Design Studio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing comprehensive administrative support and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Confidentiality a must.DescriptionDescription- Calendar support for design leaders - Project offsite execution and support from beginning to end - Manage meeting room spaces - Liaise with studio support teams across Design Studio - Work with facilities on requests and maintenance - Submit and manage expenses - Track people and meetings, etc. - Proactive preparation for meetings and events - Help connect Studio culture across multiple studios - Support activities such as ordering office supplies, small and large studio events and many things in between - Support special projects in the studio such as space planning and design award submissionsMinimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsStrong collaboration skills and a desire to partner and create relationship with cross functional partners across AppleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable communicating with all levels of executives across the Studio and AppleForward-thinking, proactive, and incredibly resourcefulEager to jump in and help in any way possible: no job is too big or too smallAbility to successfully manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, problem-solving, and constant drive for process improvementDirect experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and secrecyProficiency with Apple Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other Apple programsKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $34.60 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
