Position Purpose:
The Set Grip position is integral to the efficiency of any photography and videography studio. This hybrid role is responsible for working primarily with 2 groups: the Interior Design & Art Direction team and the Photography team. Responsibilities in assisting the Interior Design team can include flooring, furniture, lighting, window treatment, and accessory installation. When working with the Photography team, a Set Grip requires basic carpentry, electrical, and mechanical skills, to set up sets, photo and lighting equipment safely, both in studio sets and on location.
Collaboration is critical, as this role works across several departments, while other key qualifications include physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work comfortably within a deadline-driven environment.

2 years of work experience is preferred, preferably in a commercial photography studio
