An exciting architectural studio is on the lookout for an organized and enthusiastic Studio Coordinator/Administrator to join their vibrant team. If you're someone who enjoys being the go-to person in a creative environment and is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities, this role could be perfect for you. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while providing crucial administrative support to the directors, finance manager, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the office running smoothly, making sure supplies are stocked, equipment works, and everything is in order. Welcome visitors with a friendly face, answer calls, and ensure everyone feels at home. Help the finance team by processing invoices, managing expenses, and keeping track of IT and office needs. Support HR tasks, such as onboarding new team members and scheduling staff reviews. Book travel, arrange meetings, and assist in preparing reports and presentations. Manage document filing, scanning, and formatting for project teams. Assist with industry accreditations and help organize team events and activities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in administration, office management, or reception roles. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. Great communication skills and a positive, approachable manner. Strong organizational abilities, with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working independently, juggling multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines. Experience with online HR platforms like BambooHR or People HR is a plus. Basic understanding of accounting and IT troubleshooting is helpful.
