About this role

Established international firm with offices around the U.S. and Asia seeks Studio Leader for their Aviation Practice in their Los Angeles office. You will build up the Aviation studio of this firm by both managing and mentoring the team, and participating in business development activities. 
 

Key responsibilities
 

Provide leadership and project management duties Facilitate decision-making among stakeholder groups, including governing authorities, tenants, construction and program management team Provide internal support to Aviation studio and encourage professional growth of staff Provide financial oversight over projects, including staffing, preparing budgets, schedules and invoices Oversee the organizational requirements of highly complex projects, including construction administration Attend events and presentations Prepare selected proposals for high-profile projects Strategize with leadership to maintain existing client relationships and build new ones

Skills and Experience
 

Minimum 10 years of professional experience Minimum of 5 years of business development experience preferred Architectural license required Experience in Aviation projects required
