A wonderful architecture and interior studio in Lower Manhattan is seeking a Studio Manager to ensure the smooth operation of this 20 person studio.

Position Summary: The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resources, support staff and foster a creative environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee studio operations, including managing supplies, equipment and software licenses. Support partners and senior staff with tracking project management activities Handle client and vendor inquiries and relationships. Implement policies to enhance efficiency. Act as liaison with the firm's PEO and support human resources activities and queries. Support recruitment and onboarding. Organize team-building activities and professional development. Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in design, the arts, business administration or related field. 3-5 years relevant experience in a creative/design context Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Financial management experience.
