Studio Operation Associate
Studio Operation Associate + **Digital Archive management:** 1. Manage Design Business archives, including IT archives 2. Studio meeting room management 3. Studio access management 4. Orgchart update + **Studio lead of function Internal Control** 1. Release Internal Process, ensuring processes are understood and executed. 2. Annual File Review DRIM process owner and coordinator 3. Liaise with Internal control to ensure MCRP (Modular Control Review Program) is in compliance 4. Business continuity plan leader 5. On boarding/ resigning process leader + **New Start Coordinator (New hires and NSPS):** 1. Manage and lead the new start on-boarding and off-boarding process 2. Data security training and NDA sign off 3. First point of contact for day to day issues with new starts 4. Owner of staff inventory file, update employee movement (in & out) 5. Studio access badge management + **Coordinate Studio meetings** 1. Schedule and co-ordinate Design meetings, arrange onsite/online meetings 2. Event logistics 3. Pool Car coordination + **Team Support:** 1. Team Activities Coordination 2. Team Administrative Work 3. Meeting and Conference Coordination 4. Customer and Visitor Interaction 5. Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks **Education Qualification:** Bachelor **No. of Years of Experience:** 2 years + experience, English work environment preferred **Preferred previous experiences:** _Functional Skills_ • 2 or more years of admin or coordination experience. • Experience with cross-functional coordination. _Behavioral Skills_ • Strong communication and team player skills and working with global teams abroad. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with cross functional teams. _Special Knowledge/Skills Required_ • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel. • Working knowledge of SharePoint development and security protocols. • Fluency in hosting and managing online/offline meeting or workshop. • Understanding of basic business operation process Any Others Highly fluent in English and Mandarin. **Requisition ID** : 41396
