You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return from their trip. Your Responsibilities:Sell EF programs and interact with customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings.Reach weekly and monthly sales targets and other key performance indicators.Provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer service and support.Participate in events that build brand awareness and customer interest (schools, universities, corporate visits).Represent EF at fairs and info-meetings to promote our programs.Work in a global organization with diverse colleagues from around the world.What We’re Looking For:A university degree is a plus but not requiredPassion engaging with customers.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skillsFluent in written and spoken Czech and EnglishPreferable experience studying, working, or living abroadAvailability to attend a one-week training in Prague upon starting.Location: EF’s office is located in the Brno Jedna Complex, Plynarenska 1, Brno-Stred.If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, send us your CV and a letter explaining why you’re excited about a career with EF! About EF Education First At EF we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
