We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist Operations (m/f/d) 50-60% for Endress+Hauser Flow to enrich our HR team with energy, know-how and a lot of commitment.

What tasks will you perform?
You will:

be part of our HR Shared Service Center team and process orders in the ticket system. maintain HR master data from A to Z in SuccessFactors and SAP. create contracts and a wide range of correspondence. take on various tasks in HR administration and be the point of contact for general HR questions from employees. collaborate on exciting projects in the field of HR.

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

are a registered student in a bachelor's degree or at a HF in economics, business administration or a similar subject. are interested in administrative HR processes. work reliably, independently and accurately. have a strong IT affinity and enjoy digital tools. value teamwork and appreciative interaction with people.
