Residential Electric Meter Installation Sub Foreperson

\nAs a Residential Electric Meter Installation Sub Foreperson here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and supervising a team of electric meter installers for residential properties. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standard by auditing the work done.  In this role, you will report directly to our Foreperson, and you'll work out of our designated location in the residential area of Orillia, Ontario on a full-time, on-site work schedule.

\nIn this role, you will have a significant impact on the successful installation of electric meters in residential properties, ensuring accurate readings and efficient energy consumption. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation team, providing technical guidance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process.

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\n\n\t Lead and supervise a team of electric meter installers for residential properties\n\t Coordinate and schedule installation projects, ensuring timely completion\n\t Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards\n\t Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team\n\t Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process\n\t Continuous Auditing of the work your installers conduct\n\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n\n\t Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sub Foreperson Role\n\t Journeyman certificate                     \n\n\n

\n\n\n\tRelevant certification or training in electric meter installation\n\tExperience in managing residential installation projects\n\tStrong leadership and team management skills\n\tExcellent technical knowledge of electric meter installation processes\n\tAbility to interpret and follow safety regulations and quality standards\n\tStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\tCommitment to safety and quality standards\n\tAbility to analyze and solve problems.\n\tAbility to work in all types of outdoor environments.\n\tCustomer facing experience is highly preferred.\n\tA familiarity with basic computer skills\n\n\n
