Summary: Seeking a Subcontract Administrator to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field with 4+ years of experience; or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations Proven experience in sourcing processes

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of information technology Certification in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)

Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain relationships with vendors Create RFP solicitations and negotiate subcontractor proposals Source suppliers and maintain long-lasting supplier relationships Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules Manage bid/proposal evaluation and selection process Prepare subcontract documents ensuring compliance with requirements Evaluate subcontractor performance and recommend improvements Implement contractual requirements related to subcontracts Administer subcontracts to ensure progress and compliance

Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour
