THE WORK
• As a Subcontract Administrator, you will manage the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services that support key development and production contracts.
• Responsible for developing detailed subcontract specifications, drafting work statements, and negotiating terms and conditions.
• Lead the end-to-end subcontracting process, from preparing bid packages to evaluating proposals, conducting negotiations, and finalizing awards.
• Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing teams to create subcontract policies and procedures while managing the administration of contracts through the entire lifecycle.

Due to our ongoing focus on existing RMS talent and affordability within Sikorsky, only qualified RMS employees will be considered for this role and preference will be given to employees directly supporting the Sikorsky line of business.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
• Supply Chain Experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
• SAP with Case File experience
• Negotiation Skills
• P2P experience
• Experience as Procurement Rep or SCA within Sikorsky

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
