With five business lines - Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions is seeking to recruit Three (3) highly experienced Subcontract Managers that can bring their expertise to help ensuring the success of the Karimun Yard project.

Mission: To ensure that Subcontract administration is performed efficiently, effectively and in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and within the budgets allocated and within the constraints of the projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Post-Contract Award: Develop and maintain registers for all subcontracts to monitor the performance against the responsibilities undertaken as per the Subcontract. Instruct the Subcontractor on the procedure of Administration. Review and validate the progress payment submitted by Subcontractors. Assure that extra works, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages and close out of the Subcontracts are performed / processed in accordance with the relevant procedure. Ensure that the letters and notices from the Subcontractors are appropriately replied to. Ensure all letters, instructions and notices given to Subcontractors are acknowledged and acted upon in a timely manner. Monitor key dates against dates defined in the main contract, any variations and claims submittal advice to project management team of the implications of project program and forecasts, if any (i.e. delays/costs). Analyze the issued Site Technical Queries, Site Instructions, Deviation Requests to determine cost impact related to Subcontracts. Participate actively in change management and risk management sessions.
. QUALFIICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Accredited Degree qualification. Minimum Eight (8) years’ recent proven work-related experience within Oil & Gas Industry. Contracts Engineer skills are required. Valid Certificates and Medicals are required.
