As a Subcontract Manager supporting the Sikorsky line of business, you will play a pivotal role in our subcontract management team\. You will be responsible for overseeing significant subcontracts Your work will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality\. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's Comprehensive benefits package here\! \(https://www\.lockheedmartinjobs\.com/working\-here?pk\\\_vid=62db38124323a18716928079640272e7\) **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree\. • Proven problem solving and negotiation skills • Procurement experience • Knowledge of FAR / DFAR contracting • Knowledge of various contracting types \(Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, Incentive Fee, Award Fee, T&M, etc\.,\.\) • Project / Program Management experience **Desired Skills:** • Lockheed Martin Supply Chain Experience • Well organized and able to prioritize competing requirements • Working knowledge of Rotary business and supply base • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders \(leadership, peers, suppliers\) • Strong negotiations skills • Proven ability to collaborate with supplier • Strong technical background relative to suppliers • Proven ability to analyze proposals to verify accuracy, completeness and compliance • EVMS proven experience • Ability to manage SDRL's \(Subcontract Data Required Line Items\) **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
