You will be the Subcontract Program Manager for the Tactical Missiles Advanced Programs team. Our team is responsible for developing new systems and capabilities that will shape the future of the business.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Manager, you will be responsible for directing and managing a team of supply chain professionals, leading subcontract management teams, and ensuring contract milestones are met, and program objectives are achieved. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating with various functions and suppliers in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
• Developing creative supply chain strategies to support rapid development and demonstration of new systems
• Communicating clearly with senior leadership on supplier-related challenges
• Ensuring root cause and corrective action implementation
• Assisting with proposal efforts, negotiations, and strategic supplier engagements

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience designing subcontract solutions, leading projects, and executing Supply Chain strategies as part of cross-functional teams.
• History of driving process improvements through innovative change implementation.
• Strategic decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to various audiences.
• Ability to travel as required.
Desired Skills:
• Leadership experience managing teams of 4-6 Subcontract Administrators/Managers.
• Development Programs, technology maturation and transition to production.
• Developing strategic partnerships and teaming agreements.
• Creating innovative contractual vehicles to drive results.
• Designing large-scale, best-value competitive solutions.
• Developing performance-based subcontracting strategies.
• Contracting strategies and FAR regulations.
• Lockheed Martin Acquisition Process (LMAP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Supply Chain Navigation (SC NAV) systems.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
