Subcontracts Administrator
Overview SOSi is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to work at our corporate office in Reston, VA. In this role, the Subcontract Administrator will assist in full lifecycle support of all vendor-related activities inclusive of maintenance and setups across SOSi’s federal and state Government, International and Commercial business activities. Essential Job Duties Vendor Onboarding & Maintenance: Serve as the primary contact for vendors during the onboarding process and for ongoing vendor maintenance inclusive of background checks for independent contractors and compliance system checks for companies. Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure vendor documentation adheres to policies and requirements. Collaborate with internal compliance personnel for proper documentation. Cross Departmental Interaction: Work closely with team members throughout the organization to resolve vendor-related concerns and expectations. Data Management: Perform data entry and profile maintenance on a daily basis to ensure all information is current an. Contract & Vendor Management: Assist in procuring vendor documentation required and vendor management as it relates to such documentation and invoice questions. Assisting Sr. Subcontracts personnel in the creation and maintenance of compliant subcontract files with all required backup documentation. Supporting SOSi’s commitment to increase small business participation. Creating blanket purchase orders for independent contractors. Maintaining information in databases including the Costpoint financial system. Process and send out Supplier Rating Requests within the SOSi Supplier Rating system. Other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting and/or equivalent work experience. Minimum of two (2) year experience in procurement related activities in support of U.S. Government and/or Commercial Contracts. Minimum of two (2) year experience in accounts payable related activities in support of U.S. Government and/or Commercial Contracts. Minimum of two (2) year experience with Deltek CostPoint. Strong ability to review and process vendor setup documents for setups and maintenance of vendors within Deltek Costpoint. Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting and subcontract types. Knowledge of supply chain processes and purchase orders. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communications skills. Strong ability to multi-task, adapt to shifting priorities. Strong organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems. Exceptional ability to pay attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Proficient in Deltek Costpoint. Proficient in SharePoint. Proficient in Teams. Proficient in utilizing DocuSign. Work Environment Working conditions as normal for an office environment with 1 day in the office with 4 days optional remote work.
