We are currently seeking a highly driven Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Chicago. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in a dynamic and fast-growing sector. 
Performance Objectives
  Analyze/troubleshoot data related issues for TnR Business UnitSupport and maintain in-house FTP data delivery serviceGeneral understanding of APIs and how to deliver to customersField internal and external inquiries and requestsTrack reported data issues in JIRA Documenting internal processes and/or training Customer Support on troubleshooting techniques Competitive Candidate Profile
 Knowledge of financial and/or energy market is a plusExcellent communication skills or Customer Support background preferredComfortable working with a global team Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
