Subject Matter Expert - ASPR

This position is contingent on a contract award.

Acts as a specialist in a specific field, contributing practical and theoretical expertise to support recovery in health and social services, overseeing project activities, providing targeted support, leading discussions, and conducting various tasks leveraging specialized knowledge.

Serves as a subject matter expert in a specialized topic that supports health and social services recovery.

Applies practical experience and theoretical knowledge and expertise to solution development. Ensures the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.

Provides targeted support based on their discipline, conducts any necessary program planning, assessment, evaluation, and technical reports. Leads or assists in discussions and meetings with the client or project team.

Performs a variety of tasks that require both practical and experience and theoretical, state-of-the-art, technical knowledge in specialty areas.

All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Master’s degree required.

10+ years experience in project management.

Ability to travel at short notice.

Knowledge of project management practices and methodologies.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

Ability to develop and maintain multiple project plans.

Facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct, control, and monitor project activities.

$159,725

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
