Ensures the accomplishment of project activities and objectives. + Provides targeted support based on their discipline, conducts any necessary program planning, assessment, evaluation, and technical reports. Leads or assists in discussions and meetings with the client or project team. + Performs a variety of tasks that require both practical and experience and theoretical, state-of-the-art, technical knowledge in specialty areas. + All other duties as assigned.
