Your Role:

The Subject Matter Expert (EKU) PO will play a critical role in providing specialized knowledge and expertise in the area of purchasing processes, systems, and best practices in terms of process knowledge, system expertise in ERPs and troubleshooting, issue resolution assistance, training and support resource for questions and guidance, process improvement in identifying opportunities for efficiency, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational purchasing processes with overall business objectives.

Completion of As-Is Analysis questionnaireConducting Fit Gap Workshop to map out the current (as-is) processConducting Fit Gap Workshop to outline the future (to-be) processCreation and review of test scenarios for testing purposesProviding Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) support with knowledge-specific testing scenariosOffering User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support with knowledge-specific testing scenariosConducting regression testsPreparation of data setupPerforming data cleansing activities for vendors, invoices, and purchase ordersReconciling data for migrationAssisting in the identification of end users and proper role assignmentProviding consultation support for the creation of training documentation and end-user trainings (including preparation, conducting sessions, and material translation if needed)Conducting potential data quality checksFacilitating knowledge transferCreating work instructions as part of knowledge transferParticipating in other relevant meetingsOffering hypercare supportProviding project milestone updates to OperationsConducting training sessions for users

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in Purchasing processesAdvanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, etc.Knowledge in Data Management, Data Mining and Data Migration techniques and practicesExcellent critical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyExperience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous for identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencyAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
