Job Overview Chugach is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join our headquarters team. This position is in Washington DC. Candidate's primary role is to provide technical and analytical support to the US Coast Guard (USCG) detachment to oversee the development and the deployment of the US Coast Guard’s most advance and capable Command and Control System. Salary Range: $125K to $135K Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Review of technical specifications and related documents to ensure technical accuracy and applicability. Develop and maintain repeatable system process for the acquisition staff. Provide USCG headquarters with tracking system for the management and configuration tracking. Maintain team dashboard and structure for organization of all team files and documentation. Evaluate changes and provided recommendations regarding C4ISR systems delivered to the Coast Guard. Conduct specification requirement reviews and perform test data analysis. Maintain and update technical drawings/documentation repository for different configurations for USCG systems. Very strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills, along with the ability to display strong sense of urgency Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network security issues. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree. Lean Six Sigma blackbelt certification. Minimum of five (5) years of experience with data analytics and lean processes. U.S. Citizen and can obtain and maintain a Secret level DOD Security Clearance.
