Own different themes (e.g. Sites and Installations, Sales Engagement, Contracts…) in the SieSales (Siemens Salesforce CRM implementation)Managing User Stories for required changes/enhancements or any other global requirements or changes for SieSalesEnsuring that acceptance criteria are stated clearly and correctly in User StoryEnsuring that best practices and guidelines are applied for each new User StoryEvaluating User Stories (regional/HQ) and handing over to Service DeliveryKey contact for all stake holders, like Business Partner, Service Delivery, internal IT partners and regional ChampionsWriting of test scripts and organizing test sessions with all relevant stake holdersTesting of all User StoriesSupport Training and System Documentation in alignment with Business PartnerSupport first level support in your topicsSupport in shaping strategic Sales Transformation topics (e.g. AI based initiatives, CPQ)
Use your skills to move the world forward.You have successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar.You have extensive experience delivering IT services and/or projects, as well as in working with and managing suppliers in complex IT projects for large-scale global enterprise environments.You have experience in managing IT Services in partnership with System Integrators.You have proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications with the needed curiosity to question things.Experience in CRM services and sales processes, and knowledge of Salesforce is essential.You have proven ability to identify critical requirement information across sales processes and peripheral source processes and systems. You can evaluate potential implications associated with them and contribute to solutions.You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts.You have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization.Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.Solid commercial, numerical and analytical skills.Business fluent in English. German is a bonus.
