We are seeking an experienced bid professional to deliver construction submissions for the North region of our Transport business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, write, and produce bid submissions, presentations, and capability statements Develop compelling content that highlights our strengths and differentiators Support bid managers on large-scale tenders with capture strategy and content development Ensure bid process compliance and quality control Facilitate workshops and stakeholder collaboration Manage project information, ensuring best practices in tender presentationsNga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
Proven experience in bid writing and tender processes Strong research, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersKo wai mātou | Our Organisation
