Submissions and Marketing Coordinator
About this role
As Submissions and Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an integral part in elevating and reinforcing the studio brand and position as a leading design consultancy.

This is a hybrid position, which will work closely with the Business Development Manager  and collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and wider studio to prepare and produce high-quality submissions and marketing assets for new business opportunities. 

Use your exceptional design and communication skills to enhance marketing activities and collateral development. This role would suit someone who is an active team player and collaborator, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate and collate key information to prepare, produce and manage submissions.  Gather project details for inclusion in case studies and project sheets. Maintain media and collateral libraries – project sheets, case studies, capability statements and collate staff info for CVs. Ensure all documents are in line with brand guidelines. Manage Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program including bookings, presentations, and administration of certificates.  Assist with ad-hoc events and marketing collateral requirements. Assist with project management and mapping timelines. Provide support with design reports and concept packs.
Skills and Experience: 2+ years’ experience in submissions or marketing roles in architecture, design, engineering construction or similar. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organised, with proactive and ability to prioritize work load.  Creative thinker with a good graphic eye.
