**Your role and responsibilities**
As an Annuity Specialist, you will be critical in driving strategic growth, optimizing the renewal sales cycle, and applying data-driven decision-making. As a leader, ensure the seamless execution of key initiatives that improve efficiency, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in renewal workflows and implement streamlined, scalable solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights, enhance pipeline visibility, and improve forecasting accuracy
* Technology & Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation tools that drive efficiency and reduce manual efforts in renewal management.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams to align transformation initiatives with business objectives.
* Risk Identification & Mitigation: Analyze renewal trends to proactively identify risks, drive retention strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Revenue Growth Enablement: Support initiatives that identify winback, modernization, and expansion opportunities to increase IBM Software’s annual recurring revenue.
* Change Management & Enablement: Develop training materials and best practices to support teams in adopting new processes, tools, and methodologies effectively.
