Title: Subscription Operations Analyst

Grade: 8

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

The Subscription Operations Analyst has several primary areas of focus:

This position will be focused on the operational support of the subscription sales and business team. This will include working in both internal and external systems, as well as communicating with sales reps and end users/customers. Applicants should have the ability to multi-task and work with other team members to perform several daily functions. Some of these functions might include:

Placing and managing ordersManaging hardware returnsUpdating customer accounts/contractsPartner and sales rep communicationReviewing and approving quotesMoving and updating equipment entitlementsCreating and analyzing reportsSupport subscription operations and finance teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceExcellent English language skills requiredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsComputer savvy, with a demonstrated ability to learn new programs quicklyExcellent organizational and time management skills, flexible team playerCustomer-oriented and results-drivenPro-active, autonomous, and dynamic personality
