Subscription Order Specialist Job Description **What is the job about?** As a Subscription Order Specialist you manage requests for creating customer subscription orders related to sale of our digital solutions. Provide timely and effective administrative support to customers, sales teams, unit, or department. **The job:** + As a Subscription Order Specialist you manage requests for creating customer subscription orders related to sale of our digital solutions. + Provide timely and effective administrative support to customers and our divisions ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. The main interaction takes place with our divisional sales teams globally and when there is a need our global customer base as well. + Contribute to improve department efficiency and support deploying improvements, resolving issues etc. + Provide customer support in respect to invoice disputes, primarily interacting with divisional sales teams globally and, when necessary, our global customer base. + Support the onboarding of new digital offerings into subscription processes and tools, entailing testing, preparing and maintaining process documentation including the updating of process maps, descriptions and training materials + Support implementation and adoption of new processes and tools for daily operations + Support deploying continuous improvement initiatives **What do you need to apply?** + We imagine that you have a relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, or in General Business administration combined with some years of relevant hands-on experience with either subscription order management or incoming customer orders + Excellent English communication skills both writing and speaking **Moreover, you bring experience and skills possibly within one or more of these fields:** + Zuora Billing Engine + SAP SD Module, FI etc. **Key competencies for this job:** + Able to prioritize activities and tasks + Technical flair and ability to adopt new tools quickly + Strong customer service orientation + Good cultural understanding and networking skills + Able to work both independently and in a team + Ability to influence others + Solution oriented mindset + Attention to details + Analytical Thinking **What’s in it for you?** **What are your goals?
