Title: Subsea Marine Safety Lead

Job Purpose
· Plan, manage, coordinate and monitorthe Safety, Health, Environment and Security issues pertaining to the SubseaPipeline
· Repair Projects to ensure projectdeliverables comply with approved project plans and QE LNG HSE policies.
· Provides expert advice and guidanceto ensure a safe working place for project team and eliminate unacceptableexposure to safety risks throughout the EPCI phase, both onshore and offshorestages.
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in Safety, Marine Engineering/Science/LPE or related subject with Industrial safety certification from a Professional body (NEBOSH) either Nebosh National/
· International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or higher (BSc., PgCert, pgDip, MSc.)
Knowledge and/or Experience
· 10 years varied experience in safety operations withinthe oil
and gas industry including Offshore/Subsea Pipeline
Installation /Diving Operations working knowledge.
· Minimum of 05 years experience in a supervisorycapacity of
health & safety management & Specificexperience in
managing EPCI type contract & and have goodunderstanding
of O&G safe work practices.
· Knowledge and proficiency in HSE Regulations and Best
practices (OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SOLAS IMCA
requirements i.e. Diving & Lifting).
· Taproot© Root Cause Analysis or internationallyrecognized equivalent.
• OPITO BOSIET or T-HUET and Offshore Sea Survival.
• Knowledge of Offshore Requirements for LiftingOperations
• H2S awareness & mitigation plan implementationon Live Facilities.
• Knowledge of International Oil & Gas Producers
